The information you send me will help to handle your purchase with Vedawear. I will use this information for the execution of your orders, the delivery of merchandise and the corresponding service as well as for the handling of the payment (at purchase by invoice for necessary investigation). I will also use your information to communicate with you regarding orders, products and services, as well as to update and maintain your customer account. I will use your information to improve Vedawear, to prevent an abuse of my web site or to discover one or to give third parties the possibility of transaction of logistical or other services in my name.

Information about my customers are important to me and helps to improve my offer. However, I do not sell any customer data. I pass on information, that I get to third parties exclusively in the following respect:

I employ other companies and individual persons with the fulfillment of tasks for me. For example, logistics companies for the shipping of the order. These service providers have access to personal information, that is required for the fulfillment of their tasks. However, they cannot use them for other purposes. In addition, they are obliged to treat the information in accordance with this data protection explanation as well as the German data protection laws.
Protection of third partys and from Vedawear:
I inform about customer accounts and personal data concerning customers if I am legally obliged to or if such a passing on is necessary to make sure that my general business conditions or other agreements to assert my right as well as the right of my customers and the ones of third parties will be protected. This includes a data exchange with companies being specialized in the minimization and prevention of abuse of credit cards. This is to certify that there is no passing on of data to companies for economic use that is contradictory to this data protection explanation.

In all other cases I will inform you if personal data should be passed on to third parties in order to give you the possibility to declare your approval.
