These general business conditions / general terms and conditions (AGB) from

regulates the contract relationship between Stefan Wolff Vedawear, subsequently named Vedawear, and the customer.
Condition for the realization of a contract is, that these general terms and conditions are accepted, by the customer. Exclusively my general business conditions are valid, in the form accepted with the order through the customer. Deviant or complementary general business conditions of the customer don't become part of the contract.
2. range and contracting
Vedawear is led as small business according to § 19 UStG. Therefore, the sales tax is neither raised nor declared.
By pressing the button "order" in the order process of my onlineshop (https://ssl.webpack.de/vedawear.com/webshop/checkout_confirmation.php) the customer hands over a binding offer on conclusion of a contract with Vedawear. Vedawear can accept this offer by sending a "confirmation of order e-mail" or by delivery of the ordered goods within two weeks.

Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your contract explanation without any statement of reasons in text form, therefore per letter or e-mail, or through return of the goods within two weeks. The period begins with receipt of the goods and soonest one day after receipt of the recantation instruction in text form. The retraction or the return of the goods have to be sended to:

Revokation consequences
In case of an effective retraction, received benefits on both sides have to be back-granted and possible benefits have to be handed over if necessary (for example use advantages). If you cannot back-grant me the received goods completely or partially or only in a worse condition, you have to pay compensation for loss suffered insofar if necessary. This is not necessary, if the deterioration of the goods is led back exclusively to their examination, as it would have been possible in a usual store business. Incidentally, you can avoid the value liability by not taking the wares in use like an owner and omitting all, which impairs their value.
Important Notice: Ware, that is possible to be package shipped has to be send back. You have to pay the costs of the return, if the delivered ware corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the returned ware doesn`t exceed an amount of 40,00 Euro or if you have not paid an contractually arranged part-payment at time of the retraction yet or at a higher price of the ware at the time of the retraction. Alternatively, the return is free for you.
For not package-shipping-capable ware please contact me per e-mail at info@vedawear.com or with the contact form. The ware will then be picked up at your place.
4. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated dependent on weight and size of the order as well as the delivery address.
I deliver into all countries of the EU as well as to Switzerland. I like to calculate the most favorable (cheapest) delivery costs, dependent on weight and size, for you. Please ask me.
Delivery period
If the ordered goods are on stock, the nationwide delivery, according to payment type, takes place within 4 days on weekdays after the order (COD) or after money crediting (bank transfer). If the goods are not on stock, you can find the usual delivery period mentioned on the product detail page.
5. Payment possibilities
Remittance / EU standard bank transfer
You transfer me the total billing amount after your order. You get my bank information in your order confirmation e-mail. After the money is credited on my bank account, the goods are send to you.
6. proprietary reservation
The delivered goods remain property of Vedawear until the complete purchase price is paid.
7. copyright
All contents of this website are intellectual property of Vedawear as well as its suppliers and partners. Any usage for non-private use needs the written authorization of Vedawear.
